800-Calorie-Day Diet to Reverse Type 2 Diabetes

Scientists are discovering a short period of crash diet which can reverse type 2 diabetes and restore the natural levels of insulin, offering a new hope to millions of people in the world who are suffering from diabetes. Type 2 diabetes, not like type 1, is closely connected to obesity. It usually occurs when the body can not produce an adequate amount of insulin or the cells in the body do not respond to insulin, a hormone which is secreted by the pancreas that moves sugar from the blood to the cells where it will be used as energy.
With inadequate insulin, the blood glucose increases with a raft of hazardous side effects. These may include an abrupt increase in the risk of stroke and foot amputation, heart attack, blindness and dementia. Researchers already identify that people who experience a weight loss operation like gastric bypasses usually see their type 2 diabetes decrease but such cures are risky and seen considered to be the last option.
Scientist are careful and the study is still continuous but the evidence is increasing that diet can certainly take away the indications of type 2 diabetes.
